When
replacing the corrugating roll, use the cartridge set
instead of the traditional type which fix the corrugating
roll with screw wrench.
Only use several push-button
switches to complete the replaced corrugating roll task.
We
centralize the inlet and outlet of vapor required by
corrugating roll, and the vapor "ON" and
"OFF" are controlled by air valve.
Preheating
before replacing the corrugating roll; the transportation
is by electric platform.
With electric operation way, the
cartridge set enters into the correct position of the
machine and turn on the vapor via air valve to produce
immediately, not necessary to re-adjust the machine.
The
air tight type glue application system not only ensure the
good quality of glue application, but also adjust the
thickness of starch amount via slow or quick speed of
production.
It will save the starch amount efficiently and
reduce the cost. |
